In the Caparaó valleys, between Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo, one of the most special coffees in Brazil is grown, cultivated at high altitudes and under the care of traditional families. The region, bathed by crystal-clear waters and surrounded by the Caparaó National Park, combines a perfect climate and artisanal dedication.
This unique coffee offers natural notes of yellow fruits such as peach, medium citric acidity and a medium-full, velvety body.
